Take your first step in becoming an artist
You don’t need to have extensive training to be an artist — you just need the passion to create. Art is about the journey and the process. Take the plunge and have fun!
Art classes are an hour long. In these classes, I will discuss techniques that will be valuable to any artistic medium. When teaching, I use my artistic experience as a professional practicing artist. I have my Bachelors of Arts degree, majoring in fine arts and art history from the University of Toronto. I have obtained my Bachelor of Education degree from York University. I also have my British Columbia teaching license through Teachers Regulation Board. Finally, I have 20 years of teaching experience in both the public and private school systems.
What can I offer you as an art teacher?
Private lessons for one hour: $70
Group lessons of 2-4 people for one hour: $ 45 per person
All lessons must be paid for in advance.
Producing art and being creative have many positive effects.
